Spring Court B2 Sneakers

Our favourite! Slim, mid-rise sneakers featuring 7 eye lace up front with matching flat cotton laces and a durable, natural gum white rubber sole. This sneaker has a cup sole construction, the sole is stitched and glued to the upper for maximum strength.

The outsole is ventilated with four recognisable holes. This feature is a signature Spring Court design and won’t be found on any other sneakers.

Oh so comfy cushioned polyurethane innersoles offer heel and arch support… seriously feels like walking on clouds! The innersoles also have a cotton top layer.

Other recognisable features of Spring Court B2’s is the off white cotton lining and the profile of the ankle. Lower at the back, slightly higher at the front, such a flattering cut.

Brand History

Spring Court sneakers were first designed in Paris in 1936 as a tennis shoe. They now off the perfect classic French sneaker.

The traditional working class neighbourhood of Belleville in Paris has been home to George Grimmeisen’s workshop since the 19th century. The company is still managed by the original family!

Designed for play on clay and diverted from the tennis court in the 1960’s, the sneakers began gracing the streets of the world, becoming an iconic shoe that transcends generations.

Fun fact. John Lennon wore Spring Court’s on the Abbey Road album cover and on his wedding day when he married Yoko Ono.
