Returns are at your own expense.
Returned items must be received within 14 days of delivery and in original condition and packaging. We recommend a reputable trackable delivery service as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We don’t accept responsibility for items lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will be charged for the postage costs for the subsequent order.
Strictly no refunds unless item is faulty *For health reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or hats.

To return a full priced item please email the store for an RA number and further instruction.
Credit notes will be issued for full price items that are returned to our store via post.
Items received without an RA number will be re-delivered and no exchange or credit will be offered.
