- PLEASE NOTE WHILE THE PALMYRA STORE IS OPEN WITH REDUCED HOURS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HAND DELIVER ANY ORDER. CUSTOMERS WILL BE CONTACTED TO ARRANGE A SUITABLE TIME FOR THIS TO OCCUR.
- We guarantee orders are dispatched the following business day at the very latest.
- This excludes orders placed during sale events which may take up to 5 working days to be posted.
- Please note shoes ordered at heavily discounted prices may be posted without a shoe box.

Delivery Fees | Australia
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 AUD.
$10 AUD standard delivery.
Orders placed before 2pm (WST) Monday – Friday will generally be posted the same day. You can check how long standard delivery is by entering your postcode here. Our postcode is 6157.
$15 AUD express delivery.
Please note: We cannot guarantee next day delivery for express orders.

We can ship internationally, please contact us to find out if we ship to your country and how much postage fees will be. Please check custom requirements in your country as we are not liable for customs or import duties.
We sometimes require a signature on delivery
For all deliveries, your order will not be left unless an existing arrangement with Australia Post has already been made.
We accept no responsibility should your order go missing after it reaches the destination or your local post office.
If delivery is unsuccessful and a re-delivery is necessary, a fee may apply.
REFUNDS & RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
- Full priced items may be returned to the store for an exchange or credit*.(See below for instructions on how to return an item).
- We do not exchange or refund sale items (unless faulty)
- If you wish to return all or part of your order by post, returns are at your own expense.
- Returned items must be received within 14 days of delivery and in original condition and packaging. We recommend a reputable trackable delivery service as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We don’t accept responsibility for items lost, damaged or delayed in the post
- If you wish to exchange an item, you will be charged for the postage costs for the subsequent order
- Strictly no refunds unless item is faulty
*For health reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or hats.
How to return all or part of your order.
- To exchange a full priced item in store, just pop in within 14 days of delivery!
- To return a full priced item via post please email the store for an RA number and further instruction.
- Credit notes will be issued for full price items that are retuned to our store via post.
- Items received without an RA number will be re-delivered and no exchange or credit will be offered.
